- 1 lb pasta, spaghetti, macaroni or any other Italian pasta you like to eat.
- Salt
- Olive oil – optional
How to prepare the anchovy healthy pasta recipe
Cook the pasta al dente and drain it thoroughly. Put the pasta into the hot dish in which you are going to serve it. Pour the anchovy sauce over it and mix it well with two silver forks until the sauce has gone all through it.
I think we’d agree that having silver forks in your kitchen is fantastic, but if you don’t have silver forks to mix this delicious seafood pasta recipe, use wooden spoons or whattever you have available in your kitchen.
Believe it or not, in my very modest home we used to eat with silver cutlery every day, but that’s another story.
You can add some olive oil if you like, but grated cheese is not generally used with the anchovy sauce. I don’t reccomend adding cheese to this seafood pasta.
